We handle enforcement against counterfeiters, infringers, and online scamsters through John Doe orders and platform-level takedowns. We also represent clients in product disparagement and comparative advertising disputes, obtaining interim injunctions against disparaging advertisements and advising on the legal boundaries between permissible comparison and actionable disparagement.

Technology disputes often sit at the intersection of contract, IP, and regulation. We represent clients in disputes involving software development, data confidentiality, platform liability, technology licensing, and digital product failures. We also advise on pre-dispute strategy and structured resolution approaches.

We advise and represent businesses in consumer complaints before consumer forums and commissions, covering product liability, deficiency in service, misleading advertisements, and unfair trade practices. We also advise on proactive compliance to reduce the risk of disputes arising.

We advise and represent clients in regulatory proceedings under the FSSAI Act, the Legal Metrology Act, the IT Act, and other sector-specific legislation, covering regulatory notices, compliance audits, show-cause proceedings, and appeals.

We represent clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc, across sectors including infrastructure, technology, publishing, and commercial contracts. We handle the full lifecycle from pre-arbitration notices through to awards and enforcement.

We manage domain name proceedings before WIPO under the UDRP and before the NIXI under the INDRP, recovering domain names that infringe trademarks or are held in bad faith. We also advise on defensive domain name strategies and new gTLD acquisitions.
