Karan is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore (LL.M in Maritime Law) and has been admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi since 2009. Being a general practitioner, based out of New Delhi, he has appeared before a cross-section of Courts and Tribunals in India, including the Supreme Court of India and also has been an empanelled Advocate on various government panels.
Heading the firm’s practice in the North-East of India, his focus in the region has been in the sectors of real estate, corporate restructuring and maritime law (inland and coastal shipping). Drawing on his disputes practice, Karan has also advised multinational companies such as Reliance Communication Ltd., Toshiba and U-shin Ltd. on contentious issues facilitating business interests in India and abroad. He specializes in trial practice with a focus on white-collar crimes.
Despite being a national-level athlete (retired) and an avid motorcycle enthusiast (L-Twin engines), Karan has found solace in the Panda way of life.
