Pranay is a seasoned lawyer who has been practicing in New Delhi since 2009. He brings a unique skill set of expertise in corporate law matched with a keen understanding of dispute resolution. His practice sees him acting in arbitrations, litigation before Court and negotiations on behalf of clients such as infrastructure company Navayuga Engineering, port company Krishnapatnam Port, commercial bank Shivalik Co-operative Bank Ltd., electronics recycling platform Cashify and IT company Afilias, among others.
Pranay has had the privilege of working with some of the sharpest minds in the industry. He has worked in a top tier corporate law firm and also represented the Union of India before the Hon’ble Supreme Court as an empanelled Panel ‘B’ lawyer.
He acquired his B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2009. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and is ‘pioneering mentor’ in a leadership and growth programme for aspiring lawyers run by the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and iPleaders.com.
